VERITY: Quality of Truth C.I.C. supports children, young people, families, and communities through youth programs, mentoring, emotional regulation support, life skills, practical activities, community events, and podcast/media conversations.
Our mission is to equip young people aged 6–18 with practical life management skills that help them understand themselves, manage their emotions in a healthy way, build confidence, grow in independence, and prepare for their future.
We believe every young person deserves a safe, encouraging, and honest space where they can be heard, supported, challenged, and given tools to grow. VERITY exists to create those spaces through programs and activities that are practical, creative, community-focused, and rooted in the realities young people face today.
Our youth programs support the personal, emotional, social, and practical development of young people. Through mentoring, coaching, group sessions, creative activities, exercise, nutrition, teamwork, and life skills, we help participants build confidence, self-awareness, emotional maturity, healthy decision-making, and independence.
We also run school holiday programs, with a particular focus on summer activities, giving young people a safe and structured environment to learn, grow, connect with others, and develop skills they can use in everyday life.
VERITY also hosts community events that bring people together. We believe young people thrive when the wider community is connected, supportive, and active.
This year, we are planning a Rowley Regis community event designed to bring local residents, families, young people, small businesses, churches, organisations, and community groups together through food, stalls, games, activities, and opportunities to connect.
Our events aim to encourage community spirit, reduce isolation, support families, promote local pride, and create positive spaces where people can meet, share, and build relationships.
VERITY’s podcast and media work creates space for honest conversations about life, identity, emotional wellbeing, choices, community, purpose, and personal growth.
Through stories, interviews, reflections, and practical discussions, we aim to reach people beyond our in-person programmes and encourage young people, parents, and the wider community to think deeply, make healthier choices, and feel less alone.
VERITY is about more than one program, event, or conversation. It is about building long-term support, trust, and opportunity for young people and communities.
We want to help young people grow into confident, emotionally aware, independent, and thoughtful individuals who are better equipped to navigate life, pursue their talents, and contribute positively to society.
